 11 year old Zack Blanton from Acworth, GA. Maiden voyage of the season April 3, 2007 with Capt Shan aboard Osprey 1, 8 lb. | April 4, 2007 again with Mark Blanton and 11 year old son Zack (both from Acworth, GA) turned into a father, son fishing duel aboard the Osprey 1 and there were certainly many fish caught but in the end, the story of the "Big Ones" dad won by just a few ounces. Two beautiful Brown Trout over 10 lbs. and dads just 2 ounces shy of 11 lbs. All of the fish caught duing this trip were all on Michigan Stinger spoons. These two dandys were on a Golden Shiner and the other on a FT Limited Edition. Now Zack is really talking hard for a rematch already for next season.. This being said by the Captain, I think that Zack looks a lot like a young Roland Martin... |

 (Photo Above) Great April catch with a nice mixture of nice Brown Trout and some Coho Salmon as well. Many nice fish caught and many were released to be caught another day. Hank Rahm "center" and the rest of the crew all from Pennsylvania.. (Photo to the left) What a way for Hank Rahm from Meshoppen, Pennsylvania to kick off his fishing season, showing off his fishing skills by fighting this beautiful 14 lb. Spring "King Salmon". Certainly a great fight on light tackle for sure. Besides the bragging rights to his friends and his son-in law. |

 Day two was also great for Hank Rahm and his crew. Nice Brown Trout and some nice Coho Salmon as well. Of course wouldn't you know that "Hank" had to show off again by hauling another beauty, a 12 lb. Brown Trout. Some Luck Huh! (Pictured to the right) |
